Ingredients:
- Roasted Papads- 2 pieces
- Onions – ½ cup medium chopped
- Tomato – ½ cup medium chopped
- Coriander – 4-5 strings (chopped)
- Lemon Juice – ½ tablespoon
- Chaat Masala – ½ tablespoon
- Salt – to taste
- Red Chilli Powder – as per requirements
- Pepper Powder – As per requirements
Method:
- Take a bowl.
- Add ½ cup onion and tomato, some chopped coriander, ½ tablespoon lemon juice.
- Add ½ tablespoon Genie Food Chaat Masala in the vegetable mix and some salt to taste.
- Adding Red Chilli Powder and Pepper Powder is optional.
- Mix this vegetable mix well.
- Take the roasted papad and spread this vegetable mix on the papad evenly.
- You can also add some chaat masala on the papad for that extra sweet and spicy taste.
Additional Tips:
