How to make Chatpata Masala Papad for snacks.

The love for street food among Indians is off the roof. Be it chaat, papad, golgappe or anything else, everyone loves papad. Papad has been a perfect side dish for everyone. During this pandemic, people have been experimenting a lot with their food and things found in their kitchen. During these days, masala papad has been a quick evening snack to munch on. Learn how to make this quick and mouthwatering recipe in minutes. 


  • Roasted Papads- 2 pieces 
  • Onions – ½ cup medium chopped 
  • Tomato – ½ cup medium chopped 
  • Coriander – 4-5 strings (chopped) 
  • Lemon Juice – ½ tablespoon 
  • Chaat Masala – ½ tablespoon 
  • Salt – to taste 
  • Red Chilli Powder – as per requirements 
  • Pepper Powder – As per requirements 


  1. Take a bowl. 
  1. Add ½ cup onion and tomato, some chopped coriander, ½ tablespoon lemon juice. 
  1. Add ½ tablespoon Genie Food Chaat Masala in the vegetable mix and some salt to taste. 
  1. Adding Red Chilli Powder and Pepper Powder is optional. 
  1. Mix this vegetable mix well. 
  1. Take the roasted papad and spread this vegetable mix on the papad evenly.  
  1. You can also add some chaat masala on the papad for that extra sweet and spicy taste. 

Additional Tips: 

  • You can also add some soaked sprouts to make it nutritious.
