Ingredients for Paneer Tikka Sandwich:

2 Tbsp | Oil |
3-4 Pieces | White / Whole Wheat Bread |
½ Cup | Butter |
1 Cup | Green Chutney |
Method to make Panner Tikka Sandwich:
- Firstly, take a large bowl. Add ¾ Cup curd, 1 Tbsp Chilli powder, ¼ Tbsp Genie food Turmeric Powder, and ½ Tbsp Coriander Powder.
- Then, add ¼ Tbsp cumin powder, ½ Tbsp garam masala, ½ Tbsp Genie Food Aamchur Powder, 1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi, and 1 Tbsp Genie food Ginger Paste.
- Add ½ tbsp salt and 1 Tbsp oil to the bowl.
- Mix everything well so it gets combined properly.
- Then, add 2 Tbsp roasted gram flour to the bowl. Mix the gram flour properly with the spice mix.
- Now add 1 Cup paneer which is cut into cubes, ½ capsicum, ½ onion and 1 tomato.
- Mix the marinate with paneer and vegetables well and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Now, take a frying pan and add 2 Tbsp oil. Heat the oil.
- Once the oil is heated, add the marinate to it.
- Fry everything till the oil is separated from the mix.
- Stir well and make sure the paneer cubes and vegetables are cooked properly.
- Once the mix is cooked, turn off the stove and let the mix cool down.
- Our stuffing for the paneer tikka sandwich is completed.
- For the preparation of the sandwich, take 2 whole wheat/white bread slices and place them on a flat surface or cutting board.
- Spread some butter evenly on both slices of bread.
- Then, spread green chutney on one of the slices.
- Add appropriate stuffing on the bread with green chutney.
- Cover that with the buttered bread.
- Place this sandwich in a heated pan for toasting.
- Spread some oil on the edges for it to become toasty and crunchy.
- Cook both sides properly till they are light brown and toasty.
- Once the sandwich is toasted properly on both sides, serve it on a plate.
- Repeat the steps for more sandwiches.
