Ingredients for Crispy Corn recipe:
For Boiling:

¼ Cup | Rice Flour |
1 Tbsp | Maida/ Plain Flour |
¼ Tbsp | Pepper Powder |
¼ Tbsp | Salt |
300 ml / As required | Oil (For frying) |
For Masala:

½ Tbsp | Kashmiri Red Chili Powder |
¼ Tbsp | Cumin Powder |
½ Tbsp | Genie Food Aamchur Powder |

2 Tbsp | Onion (finely chopped) |
2 Tbsp | Capsicum (finely chopped) |
2 Tbsp | Coriander (finely chopped) |
Method to make Crispy Corn Recipe:
- Firstly, take a large vessel and add 4 Cups of water and 1 Tbsp of salt to the pot.
- Then, add 2 Cups of sweet corn to it and boil the corn kernels for a minute.
- Once the corn cooks, remove the water by straining the corn and let the water drain.
- Now, take a large bowl and add the drained corn to it.
- Add 1/4 Cup cornflour, 1/4 cup rice flour, 1 Tbsp maida, 1/4 Tbsp pepper powder and 1/4 Tbsp salt.
- Mix everything well to ensure the flour coats the sweet corn from all sides.
- Now, sieve this corn mixture to remove excess flour.
- Then, take a large kadhai or pan and add some oil to it. Let it boil for some time.
- Once the oil boil, deep fry corn and ensure they are golden brown.
- Once they’re fried, transfer them to a plate with tissue paper on the plate. Tissue paper helps remove excess oil.
- Later, transfer the fried corn to a large bowl.
- Then, add 1/2 Tbsp Chilli Powder, 1/4 Tbsp Cumin Powder, 1/2 Tbsp Genie Food Aamchur Powder, and 1/2 Tbsp Salt.
- Mix these spices well with the fried corn.
- Also, add diced onion of 2 Tbsp, 2 Tbsp capsicum, and 2 Tbsp freshly chopped coriander.
- Add a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Mix everything well to get a unique chatpata corn flavour.
