How to make Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich using Genie Group Vegan Mayonnaise 

Sandwiches have become a basic household snack for everyone. Quick to make, easy ingredients and minimal preparation, sandwiches are loved by every age group. Ingredients: 

Quantity  Ingredients 
3-4 slices White bread or wheat bread 
2-4 tablespoons Butter 
4-6 tablespoons Genie Food Vegan Mayonnaise 
½ tablespoon  Black pepper (crushed) 
2 tablespoons Genie Food Red chilli flakes 
1-2 garlic paste Genie Food Garlic paste 
1 piece Onion (diced) 
2-4 pieces Green Chilli (chopped) 
1 bowl Carrot (diced) 
4-5 tablespoons Sweet Corn (Boiled) 
4-6 tablespoons Cabbage (Chopped) 
4-6 tablespoons Tomato (Chopped) 

Method to make Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich: 

For preparation of filling: 

  1. Take a bowl and add some onion, green chilli, carrot, sweet corn, cabbage and tomato in the bowl. 
  1. Add some black pepper, Genie food Garlic Paste and Genie Food Red Chilli Flakes
  1. Add Genie Food Vegan Mayonnaise and mix the filling well. 

For preparation of sandwiches: 

  1. Take a few slices of bread. Add some butter on these breads and toast it on a pan. 
  1.  Add the filling we made generously on one side of the bread and spread some butter on the other side of the bread. 
  1. Cover the bread with another slice. 
  1. Slice the vegan mayonnaise bread and serve it with some dip like ketchup. 

Tips: 

  1. You can make these sandwiches with other fillings like cucumber, avocado and other such commonly found vegetables. 
  1. To make it more filling, make a double layered sandwich for a proper meal.
