Learn to make Garlic Hakka Noodles at home using Genie Food Products

Ingredients for Garlic Hakka Noodles: 

Ingredients Quantity 
Genie Food Garlic Paste 2 Tbsp 
Hakka Noodles 300 gms 
Vegetable Oil 1 ½ Tbsp 
Genie Food Chilli Flakes Seasoning ½ Tbsp 
Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp 
Vinegar 1 Tbsp 
Freshly Chopped Coriander 1 Tbsp 
Salt 1-2 Tbsp 
Water (for boiling noodles) 1 ½ Litres 

Method to make Garlic Hakka Noodles: 

  1. Take a large pot and add 1 Tbsp of salt to it. 
  1. Let it boil and add 300 gms of hakka noodles to it. 
  1. Let the noodles boil till they are almost cooked but not mushy. 
  1. Once the noodles are boiled, drain the water from the noodles. Store the boiled noodle water for later use. 
  1. Now take a bowl and add 1-2 Tablespoon of oil and pour it on the boiled noodles. Toss the noodle gently so they are coated with oil. The oil prevents the noodles from becoming mushy and sticky. 
  1. Now, take a broad pan and add 1 ½ Tbsp of veegtable oil. Let the oil warm. 
  1. Add 2 Tbsp of Genie Food Garlic Paste to the pan. 
  1. Saute it for some time on a medium flame. 
  1. Add ½ tbsp of Genie Food Chilli Flakes Seasoning to it. 
  1. Add 1 Tbsp of soy and vinegar to the pan. 
  1. Add 2 cup boiled noodles to the pan and gently toss them. Mix till the noodles are nicely mixed with the sauces. 
  1. Later, add some freshly chopped coriander and toss the noodles gently again. 
  1. Once the noodles are cooked, serve them hot and enjoy!
