Where is my package?

Your confirmation email will include tracking information. If your package hasn’t arrived yet, we suggest contacting the link https://www.17track.net/en first. Are you still having issues? My Genie Food Products arrived and the expiration date seems pretty close, what should I do?

All PRODUCTS have a shelf life of 120 days due to the fresh nature of our sauces. While we make every effort to deliver products at their freshest, we guarantee that all sauce orders received will have an expiration date of at least 30 days from the date of your order. Please write us at geniefoodsolutions@gmail.com if your sauce is about to expire in the next 30 days, and we’ll make it right!

RETURN POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

We’ll refund your order with no questions asked, if you’re able to send back the product with packaging back to us, unused and sealed, within 7 days from delivery OR directly contact us over to our customer care number.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Cancellations

For Cancellations please contact us within 12 hours of placing the orders online.

 

Requests received after dispatch details and tracking code sharing will not be cancelled.
