Ingredients:
- Roasted Papads- 2 piecesย
- Onions โ ยฝ cup medium choppedย
- Tomato โ ยฝ cup medium choppedย
- Coriander โ 4-5 strings (chopped)ย
- Lemon Juice โ ยฝ tablespoonย
- Chaat Masala โ ยฝ tablespoonย
- Salt โ to tasteย
- Red Chilli Powder โ as per requirementsย
- Pepper Powder โ As per requirementsย
Method:
- Take a bowl.
- Add ยฝ cup onion and tomato, some chopped coriander, ยฝ tablespoon lemon juice.
- Add ยฝ tablespoon Genie Food Chaat Masala in the vegetable mix and some salt to taste.ย
- Adding Red Chilli Powder and Pepper Powder is optional.
- Mix this vegetable mix well.
- Take the roasted papad and spread this vegetable mix on the papad evenly.
- You can also add some chaat masala on the papad for that extra sweet and spicy taste.ย
